Culinary virtuoso Haya Molcho describes the cuisine at NENI as cosmopolitan soul food. The flavour of fresh herbs brings foods like hummus and falafel to life and they are inspired by Persian, Arabic, German and French influences.
We think they taste even better when eaten in Balagan style. This means that all the dishes are placed in the middle of the table so that everybody can try a little of everything. The Hebrew word “Balagan” describes the congenial chaos which ensues when lots of people share and eat a meal together.
